School Management, The Surf Academy

Customized App

After the institutional website, The Surf Academy needed its own tool to manage the school's day-to-day operations (classes, students, bookings, and payments), which until then had been split between Notion, online forms, and messaging. We developed a custom management app that works on computers and mobile phones, with a class schedule, client profiles, packages, group bookings, online registrations with digital signatures, and invoicing, continuing the work started on the institutional website.

Website features

  • Initial dashboard showing new clients, bookings and classes for the month, payments due, and today's and this week's classes.
  • Calendar with daily, weekly, and monthly views: daily classes with free titles (time, level, teacher) and students dragged to each class, also available on mobile.
  • Weekly visits organized by surfing level, to form the groups.
  • Weekly chart with fact sheet, board, and teacher for each student, ready to print for the school wall.
  • Complete customer profile: level, age and height, packages, bookings, lesson history, amounts paid and outstanding.
  • Management of lesson packages and group bookings, with payment status for each item.
  • Online booking and registration form, in Portuguese and English, with terms and conditions, GDPR compliance, and digital signature, shareable via link or QR code.
  • Applications received with email notification to the school and a PDF document containing acceptances and signatures.
  • Direct integration with WhatsApp for contacting students.
  • Billing Module: revenue by month, by season, and a list of those who owe money.
  • Read-only access for the team, who can view the agenda but not the figures.
  • Importing data from Notion, encrypted backups, and exporting all data.
